8 steps to a new home

1. The client completes a bond application with our adviser

2. We will submit the application and supporting documentation to the banks

3. We will negotiate the best possible interest rate for our client

4. Once the client has accepted the terms and conditions, the bond will be placed with the chosen bank

5. A request for valuation is automatically submitted to this bank

6. Final approval is sent to the client and simultaneous instructions to the attorneys for the registration of the said bond

7. Bond documents are signed with the assigned attorneys at a place convenient to the client

8. The registration process with be tracked to ensure quick registration turnarounds
